  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.

  • Bass Therapy Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@basstherapy.co.uk so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

The following items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products.

  • Hygiene or personal-use items where the seal has been broken.

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed.

Where a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method.

Event Bookings

Bookings for sensory spaces, sensory shops, accessible glamping, accessibility consultancy and other event services may be subject to separate quotations, booking agreements or contracts.
